And with a bang we are the end of February. It’s shorter of course but nevertheless I think it was flying. The last month we have been completely lazy. There was absolutely nothing exciting we did. I do like to talk about the weather a lot you might have noticed. Well the last month was horrible so for that reason, we didn’t get to go out much. We did dip out of the house, even the garden whenever the sun was out but we didn’t go on a mad walk or anything of sorts.
A big thing happen at the beginning of the month, and what my me and mine family portrait is all about this month, is Chloe turned the big two. Her birthday was a week day which meant we had a little celebration the following weekend. A few of her cousins came over to celebrate with her and have some cake. The reason why she looks a bit grumpy in the photos is because she didn’t have a nap. She didn’t want to miss all the fun you see.
Daddy was loving:
- Weekend away (there’s me time for daddy’s too)
- Clean house every week (we got a cleaner)
- Planning family trip away to the UK during Easter
Mammy was loving:
- Afternoon Tea with Sandra in Killashee House Hotel
- Finally working on decorating the master bedroom
Matthew was loving:
- Watching Transformers Rescue Bots
- Receiving a new Transformer from daddy
- Going around what was supposed to be Chloe’s Balance Bike but she is too short
- Watching a movie with mammy when Chloe is having a nap
- His new Spiderman bedding
Chloe was loving:
- Her new Ariel Tsum Tsum she got from Karoline
- Putting on her shoes, taking them off, repeat
- Pretending to feed Missy the cat. She is very caring for her but yet is afraid of her
- Helping mummy emptying the dishwasher
- Hiding and playing in her new Wigwam she got for her birthday

I do love lazy months. Sometimes we are so busy that we don’t have time to relax. And the photos of Chloe’s birthday are great. It is so sweet that she refused to nap because she didn’t want to miss anything. Hugs Lucy xxxx
