Even though the weather is playing up at the moment, we are definitely in autumn. It’s a lot wetter outside. The days are getting shorter and it’s still dark in the morning when we wake up to get ready for work/school/creche.
I don’t think I have a favourite season. Every season can offer it’s own stuff. Autumn is definitely a month of cosy fires, more time spent indoors and possibly doing more things together as a family in the house like baking or playing games.
Right now I’m loving the run up to Halloween. The plan is to upgrade our decorations.
I love seeing all the autumn stuff in the shops such as pumpkins. I’m going to pick up ours next week so we can carve.
I love having the weekends fully booked with plenty of family fun.
I love watching Matthew having so much fun at his swimming lessons and football training.
I love getting the boots out again and styling them with cosy leggings and dresses or long tops
I actually love entering a lot of competitions at the moment. Who knows we might even save some money on Christmas presents.
I am loving the Tesco and Asda clothing at the moment. The quality is so good and the pieces I got so far, fit so well.
I love having gingerbread in October. Thanks to Lidl for storing the German Lebkuchen.
I love the colours autumn brings. It gives us so many photo opportunities.
And last but not least… I am loving the Blogtober challenge, even though it can be tough at times. It’s such a great idea.
What are you loving this month?
