2nd Blogiversary with WOW Toys

wow toys giveaway

I have another exciting giveaway for your today as part of my 2nd blogiversay this month.

This time it’s from WOW toys. I have been working closely together with WOW toys over the Christmas period last year, too and I was honoured to present you with another review and giveaway at the same time of their new toy range.

This time we got to review their new Chirpy Chick Eggs just in time for Easter. Both my kids were delighted with it. You can clearly see in the photos coming up how much of a blogger’s child Matthew has become. It’s actually so funny watching him whenever a package or parcel arrives. He asks “For me?” and he is right more than likely everything arriving in the post is a package/parcel for him or his little sister Chloe from a lovely company like WOW toys.

There are 4 different eggs. Chirpy Chick Chris, Chrissy and Dinky Dino Bronty and Tricksy.

Crack the egg open and you will find a cute little chick or dinosaur inside. If you press down on it, you will hear them chirp. Take them out of the egg and feed them with the food displayed around the egg. These eggs are perfect for little hands and can be used for ages from 1 1/2 to 5 years.

These are the developmental benefits of the toy:

From 1½ years – Sensory stimulation and motor skill development
From 2 years – Discovery & learning
From 2½ years – Social interaction
From 3 years – Role-play & exploration

Big concentration in this photo trying to close the egg. He is very good, It took me a few minutes at first to figure out how to close it as there is only one way but he is really good with educational toys. The eggs are also good for teaching him his colours. He knows his colours well but he can’t associate them with the actual colour of the egg yet so we are still working on that.

As well as the eggs, we also received Stanley the Street Sweeper. Matthew loves him that much that he had to come to creche with him one day so he can show everybody.

Functions & features:

Automatic rotating brushes
Spin and match the rubbish
Rubber brushes for touch and feel child development
Moving wheels for easy push-along play

As you drive Stanley the sweeper on the floor, the brushes rotate to represent cleaning the road. Matthew is always making sure that the boy driver Jason is in the truck because only with him he is able to clean the road. Without the man he can’t do it, that’s what he is telling me anyway.
