It's all over again! - Janine's Little World

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011!!!

It’s Stephen’s Day evening. Which means Christmas is nearly over now! I hate the way Christmas is so short! 🙁
Anyway I got lovely Christmas present off my mum and Dermot. Really happy with them.
Off my mum I got a really good pot set, cute pen and money!
Off Dermot I got a great printer, perfumes and Toy Story for Wii ( very hard to play, but that’s good because usually I have all games played within a day! lol)

My mum really enjoys her new phone which works in Germany and in Ireland now. She had problems with her old phone in Ireland. It never worked so it was about time to get her a new one! 🙂
She like the photo frame a lot as well. Those were the 2 things she wanted and she got them. Had to spoil her for once as she spoiled me at home all the years. 🙂

Dermot loved his new adidas shoes. I am so glad I got them because his old ones were a disgrace! lol Seriously I don’t know how could still wear those. He also like the new calendar and the DVD from Take That. We watched it straight after he unwrapped it! 🙂

Before Christmas Dermot and me had our 2nd anniversary 21st December. The present I got him was a bit delayed but it came the next day at least. I got someone to draw a caricature of us too. Looks amazing. We got the perfect frame for it as well. We just need to find out where in the house we are going to hang it. I was thinking the hall way but all the walls are like stone and impossible to hammer a nail.
Dermot got me a lovely camera for our anniversary. I take photos every day with it! lol It is taking much better pictures than a professional camera I would say. Really really happy with it. 🙂 I will post some later on.

We had lovely Christmas dinner yesterday. Turkey breast with vegetables and dumplings. I was sooo stuffed but it was yummy. We had a bit left over so me and my mum had it today with potato croquettes.

By the way worst nightmare ever happened yesterday after dinner! I wanted to make a cup of tea and had to find out that the water was gone including the hot water from the tank upstairs! So all the pipes in the house were frozen! So since yesterday we are going over to our neighbors to get water so we can wash ourselves and make tea. Thank god I washed the clothes a few days ago! Have to wash the dishes by hand now! Yay! lol It will be an awkward way to wash my hair tomorrow.

I think that’s it from me now in the year 2010.
