1/2 packet of vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tin of peaches
for the crumble mixture:
1 packet of vanilla sugar
For the cast:
Soften the butter for the batter.
One after the other add the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix it under spoon by spoon. Stir well. Pour the batter into the muffin cases.
Cut the peaches into slices and put them on the batter.
Add flour into a bowl. Mix it with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the butter.
Put crumble mixture on top batter. Bake muffins in preheated oven (175℃) for 15-20mins.
Add icing sugar and lemon juice into a bowl and coat the muffins with it immediately once baked.
