Sausage in Puff Pastry

It has been a while since I last posted a recipe. So here is one of my favourite recipes for this week.
It’s a great snack/lunch option and so easy to make.

What ingredients you will need:
–  Puff pastry roll
– Sausages
– Tomato ketchup
– 1 Egg

How to prepare:
1. Slice the sausages lengthwise and once in the middle so you end up with 4 pieces


2. Align the sausages on the puff pastry and squeeze a bit of tomato ketchup on top.


3. Close it all up and cover the top of the puff pastry with a bit of egg yolk so it gets crispy and brown.


4. Cook for 15-20mins depending on the settings of your oven.
