Our Letters to Santa

At this point most of your kids wrote their letter to Santa and probably posted them too. Every year An Post collaborates with Santa to send the letters to the North Pole and he even send a reply back. We have only ever done this once. Matthew was only small at the time so he wouldn’t remember.

Lidl started doing pre-written letters to Santa which I thought is a really good idea. You just have to fill in the blank and kids who just started going to school love that kind of stuff. So does my six year old boy Matthew. It just makes it that little bit easier. You can then go into the store and “post” it. They have a big post box. Later on you can go onto the Lidl website and print off the Santa reply. I haven’t done this yet but will in the next few days.

In the meantime, these are the letters the kids wrote to Santa. Obviously I had to write Chloe’s one but she told me what to write.

Matthew:

Dear Santa,

This year I am 6 years old.
Here are 3 nice things I’ve done this year:
1. I played GAA
2. I went on holidays
3. I played Mario
Here is my Christmas wish list:
remote control excavator, Mario Kart race track, Playmobile police, board game
