It’s another year of family portraits. This is going to be the third year I am taking part in the me and mine project. If you never heard of it before, then you should definitely check out Lucy’s blog Dear Beautiful. It’s actually a nice memory to have a family photo each year to look back on.
I have been a bit quiet on the blogging front the last week and a bit. Simple reason is I wanted to enjoy the festive season with the family and not worry about posts going out. However the last post of this year has got to be the Me and Mine Project. We have been joining two years now and I’m so glad we did.
Happy Halloween everyone. This means October has come to an end and it’s time to share with you what we have been up to in the month of October. Lots of fun was had during this month. I really enjoy taking part in the me and mine project. It’s something that I will be glad I have in a few years to come.
Another month has gone past in a flash. August was a very special month. It was Matthew’s fifth birthday and also his first day at school today. I can’t believe we are at that stage already.
Can you believe the summer is nearly over? Tomorrow we are entering August already. It will be Christmas before we know it. This time last year we were busy getting ready for our first familiy holiday abroad to Spain. Unfortunately we are not going away this year. But I planned we would go to Portugal next year. Something to look forward to.
And just like that half the year of 2017 is over. We are entering July. Can you believe it? Because I certainly can’t. You wouldn’t believe it we are in the middle of the summer when you look outside the window right now. It’s so miserable but we are promised some nice weather at the weekend again. The end of the month means I am sharing a family portrait of us all. I have been joining in the Me and Mine project for the last two years now and I am so glad I did. We have so many nice family photos that we can treasure for years to come.
